Communication is an indispensable skill of a great leader. Several of you indicated on the information survey that you are a good public speaker, “people person,” or that you’re a great listener. Are you really a good public speaker? Do others understand and listen to what you say? Are you listening to those speaking to you? OR does good public speaker translate to, “I talk a lot and can usually “talk” my way out of ANYTHING, even this assignment!” Take the test; tell us what kind of communicator you are. Do these characteristics describe you? Yes, you think so; justify the characteristics of the type of communicator you are with an example.
